30 DAY MONEY BACK RETURN POLICY
If you are unhappy with you item for whatever reason, simply return it to us for replacement, exchange or refund. We cannot accept change of mind returns on items that come in sealed packages or boxes where seal are damaged or broken. If we allow a return in these circumstances, we will ask you to follow our return process. If the box is opened or damaged, or if the item is used, then a 20% stocking fee may apply. We do not cover return shipping for change of mind purchases, if the item is still new, unused and sealed a 10% change of mind fee will be deducted.
Please contact us before leaving feedback, we are happy to help you and resolve any issues you may have.
You are required to notify BargainPlus.com.au within 10 working days in the unlikely event that the item arrives damaged or faulty. In addition to a detailed description, you are required to provide images (or a short video clip if more appropriate) of the damage in order to proceed with the warranty process. Once assessed and approved by our customer service team, you will be contacted to proceed with the return, refund or replacement process. Please do not attempt to return the item without our approval.
To make a claim, you must provide us with a copy of your tax invoice or any kind of proof showing that you purchased the item from us. You need to also describe the problem precisely and provide evidence to support your claim, and state whether you are requesting a replacement, repair, refund or credit.
Refund generally takes up to 3-5 working days to process and will notify you once the refund has been processed. However, please allow an additional 5 working days on top for your financial institution to process it.
A refund or replacement will not be provided if products are being misused, mishandled or mistakenly installed. Customers are responsible for following the instructions and advice given by the manufacturers.
Gift cards, promo codes and sales promo prices cannot be applied to exchanges.
Special Order Items
Products that are specially ordered non-stocked items, custom made, bulk quantity, or corporate special orders cannot be exchanged/refunded.
Change of Mind Policy
Please choose carefully as refund are not normally provided where you have simply changed you mind, made a wrong selection or simply found the goods cheaper elsewhere. We recommend you carefully preview any orders before adding them to your shopping cart and proceeding with your order.
We cannot refund or exchange goods for change of mind or errors you made in your order. We may, at our sole discretion, allow a return for store credit or exchange product on a case-by-case basis, provided that the item in question is:
- Returned within 30 days of order
- Not used or worn (with original tags and/or packaging)
- In a resaleable condition and not damaged in any way
We may provided you with a product exchange or store credit only when we receive the returned product. You are responsilbe for payment of return postage on your order. Change of mind returns are not accepted for Personal Hygiene products, Party costumes and wigs due to hygienic reasons.
